Tuas Power believes that one of the key ways to engage its employees is through open communication. The Company holds an annual CEO-Staff Forum during which thePresident and Chief Executive Officer would share the Company’s performance and its strategic directions with all the employees. Regular Coffee Meet sessions are also conducted. These are essentially skip-level meetingsthat allow employees to discuss their concerns openly and directly with the President and Chief Executive Officer.
Tuas Power holds bi-monthly union meetings with the Union of Power and Gas Employees (UPAGE) to discuss and resolve employee related matters. These meetings fortify our management’s relationship with UPAGE and offer another platform for the employees to voice their concerns.
