The heart of Tuas Power’s business lies in power generation. The Company began its operations first as the developer and operator of a 2670MW power station, which is located at the western part of Singapore and currently contributes about 24 per cent of Singapore’s total power supply.

Tuas Power Station has a plant portfolio of four highly efficient 367.5MW Combined Cycle Plants and two 600MW steam plants. The station has been accredited with ISO 14001: 2004 and OHSAS 18001:1999 in recognition of our efforts in maintaining environmentally responsible operations as well as a safe and healthy work environment for our staff. It has also been maintaining a strong reliability performance record of over 99.9 per cent over the last ten years.

By tapping on the extensive experience and expertise accumulated through years of managing and operating power assets, coupled with optimising existing resources and infrastructure at its power station, Tuas Power has also extended its reach into related fields that synergise with its current operations. These include the provision of multi-utility services and oil terminalling and storage services.
