Leveraging on its core expertise and experience in the power generation business, Tuas Power
offers energy and utility-related services to large pharmaceutical and chemical companies in Singapore.
Currently, Tuas Power is building a Multi-Utilities Complex in the Tembusu industrial area of Jurong Island.
This is a S$2 billion infrastructure project that will serve the utility needs of industrial customers that
will be setting up industries in the area.
It is also providing asset management services to the utility systems that TPGS Green Energy has built for
its clients in the pharmaceutical and chemical sectors.
Tembusu Multi-Utilities Complex
The Tembusu Multi-Utilities Complex comprises a state-of-the-art Biomass-Clean Coal (BMCC) cogeneration plant,
a desalination plant and a wastewater treatment plant, and other supporting facilities. The project, which is
presently under construction, will be completed in two phases.
The BMCC cogeneration plant, which will be completed in the first phase, will generate mostly steam and some
electricity. It will employ cutting-edge technology to achieve high efficiency and lower emissions, while keeping
costs competitive for the customers. The plant is scheduled to be completed by 2012.
Construction of the rest of the project is expected to be concluded by 2014.

Formerly known as Tuas Power Utilities Pte Ltd, TP Asset Management Pte Ltd provides
continuous support and services for its customers’ onsite utility systems.
These services include:
