Demand for oil storage capacity remained healthy in FY07/08. We embarked on upgrading works
on our fuel oil receiving and storage facilities in the last financial year and these works were
successfully completed in May 2007. These enhanced facilities and our successful application
to operate the facilities under the Bonded Warehouse Scheme have positioned Tuas Power
to better serve our customers in this business segment. By shortening the turnaround time for
clients’ vessels, we are able to offer increased operational flexibility. This has in turn led to
improved utilisation of our facilities.
