Incorporated in 1995, Tuas Power Ltd is a key solutions provider of energy, utilities
and environmental services.
Tuas Power, a member of China Huaneng Group, owns generation assets with an installed
capacity of 2,670 MW and occupies a market share of about 24 percent of the Singapore
generation market. It is also the first in Singapore to develop and maintain
energy-efficient trigeneration plants for large manufacturing facilities through
one of its subsidiaries.

Tuas Power Generation Pte Ltd
Tuas Power Generation undertakes the electricity generation and retail businesses
of Tuas Power Ltd.
The company manages the S$2 billion, 2,670 MW Tuas Power Station, which is located
at the western end of Singapore. The station's generation output is produced by
four extremely efficient natural gas fired combined cycle plants. The Station
also owns two highly reliable fuel oil fired steam sets.

subsidiary of Tuas Power Ltd. It focuses on the provision of technology

TPGS Green Energy Pte Ltd
In September 2006, Tuas Power also entered into a joint venture with Gas
Supply Pte Ltd (GSPL) to form TPGS Green Energy. The company provides
environmentally responsible cogeneration and trigeneration solutions to
large manufacturing facilities such as pharmaceutical plants.

Forging Global Alliances
To keep up with global and regional developments in the field of electricity,
Tuas Power actively seeks opportunities to forge alliances with established
players overseas. The company has participated in technical exchanges with
Kyushu Electric Power Co., Inc in Japan and Genesis Energy in New Zealand.
It has also welcomed several players in China and Japan to the Tuas Power
Station in fruitful information sharing sessions.
