Incorporated in 1995, Tuas Power Ltd is a key solutions provider of energy and utilities,
as well as environmental services in Singapore.
A member of China Huaneng Group, the Company owns generation assets with a total installed
capacity of 2,670 MW and occupies about 24 percent share of the Singapore generation market.
It is also the first in Singapore to develop and maintain energy-efficient trigeneration
plants for large manufacturing facilities through one of its subsidiaries.

Tuas Power Generation Pte Ltd
Tuas Power Generation (TPG) undertakes the electricity generation and retail businesses
of Tuas Power Ltd.
The company manages the S$2 billion, 2,670 MW Tuas Power Station, which is located at
the western end of Singapore. The station's generation output is produced by four
extremely efficient natural gas fired combined cycle plants and two highly reliable
fuel oil fired steam sets.
TPG also owns Tuas Power Supply Pte Ltd, a trusted and reliable energy solutions provider
offering value-added electricity solutions to businesses across all the major industries in Singapore.

Tuas Power Supply Pte Ltd
Incorporated in June 2000, Tuas Power Supply (TPS) was the first electricity retailer
in Singapore to secure electricity contracts when the market opened up to competition.
Today, TPS is a familiar name among businesses in Singapore and has gone beyond merely
providing electricity solutions to helping customers look at ways to increase their
energy and business efficiency.

TP Utilities Pte Ltd
TP Utilities Pte Ltd manages all matters related to the Tembusu Multi-Utilities
Complex, which is in the process of being built in the Tembusu industrial area
of Jurong Island. When completed, the Complex will provide a whole range of
multi-utility services, ranging from provision of steam to wastewater treatment,
to customers in the area.

Forging Global Alliances
To keep up with global and regional developments in the field of electricity,
Tuas Power actively seeks opportunities to forge alliances with established
players overseas. The company has participated in technical exchanges with
Kyushu Electric Power Co., Inc in Japan and Genesis Energy in New Zealand.
It also engaged several sister plants of our parent company, Huaneng Power
International, and other established players in China and Japan in fruitful
